How we work
How we work
Every model goes through six steps, from the first conversation to final delivery, so that the result meets the technical requirements and the visual expectations at the same time.
Brief and consultation
We agree on what the model is for, its scale, the deadline and the budget. The purpose — a trade fair, a lobby, a presentation to investors — determines both the scale and the level of detail.
3D modelling
We build a digital model from technical documentation, drone surveys or detailed photography. This is where the accuracy is set that later has to hold up in front of engineers.
3D printing the structure
Precise reproduction of terrain, buildings and detail. Printing takes on the complex geometry that hand work struggles to reach at scale.
Hand finishing
Painting, vegetation, water, figures and final detail by model makers. This is the step that adds what the technology alone cannot — texture, life and character.
Packing and transport
Large compositions are designed to come apart at the modelling stage, so they can travel safely — including outside Bulgaria.
Handover and presentation
Assembly and installation on site where needed, so the model reaches its final position undamaged.
From drawing to finished model
One factory model, photographed from the first day to the last. It begins with the site drawing and a scale rule on the table, and ends with the built composition — terrain, infrastructure, silos, planting and rail sidings.
